Member FAQ

When will I get my new card? Typically it takes us about 30 days to completely process a membership and you receive it in the mail.

Can I visit the Freedom Center before that? Yes! Though you may not have received your new membership package in the mail yet, you will be entered into our system so you will only need to let the Guest Services staff look you up in our database.

Who may visit on my membership? Depending on which membership level you are at, typically the named member on the card and if applicable, their children. If your membership is at a level that allows more than one adult, then at least one named adult on the membership and other guests depending on membership.

I have lost my membership card, how can I request another one and will that cost? If you have misplaced your membership card, we will gladly send you a new one at no cost, just contact us.

Is my membership tax-deductible? Memberships are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Different memberships carry different benefits associated with them, and our office is able to provide you a good faith estimate of those benefits. For more information please call 866.237.3336.
